Participants are invited to register for the highlight of the networking program: the EFA Conference Dinner. This year the Conference Dinner will take place at the Muziekgebouw, which offers wonderful views of the historical city center and its waterfront. Appetizers and light drinks will be offered in the Foyer, followed by a sit-down dinner in the main hall of the building. The final course will, again, be in the Foyer. It will be a so-called “walking dessert.” There will be live music in the background to make the evening a most memorable one. The Muziekgebouw is in the historical city center and therefore only 40 minutes away from the VU main building.
The dinner costs €88 per person, which is not included in the conference registration fee. Participants can register their partner or a guest (maximum 2 people per participant). Ticket(s) for this event should be purchased during conference registration. The Conference Dinner has limited capacity and will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis.
All participants are expected to arrive at the Muziekgebouw by their preferred mode of transport. There are good public transportation options (which is free-of-charge with the EFA travel pass, which is included in the registration). The venue is about 40 minutes travel from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam main building.
The dress code is business casual. The event takes place inside.
